    Oh, no, Sam. If you want to gorge yourself on one big meal like that, it should be earlier in the day than dinner.

    “Traithletes should rarely be eaten in one sitting, but if it cannot be avoided, eat before noon and drink at least 24oz. of water to maintain proper hydration.”

    You know Sam as soon as you do all the peeps at work will want one too. Pickin up lunch at the drive thru for the office might be a little more difficult. But oooh a van full of triathletes sure does make my mouth water. :wink:
