I’m not trying to stereotype.  Really I’m not.  I’m not (maybe if I say it enough times I’ll believe it).

But in my defense.  She’s driving a red car.  She’s blonde.  A smarter person would have seen the irony. 

O.k., here’s what happened.  I’m driving my little blue HHR.  Thank you my little gas saver!  I love you, love you, love you!  Oh, back to the story.  I’m on a two lane road going into a curve.  There is a side road connected to the curve WITH A STOP SIGN.  I see a red car approaching the stop sign rapidly.  Nay it was fast!  I noticed she was blonde.  The stereotype kicked in.  She’s not going to stop.  She’s a blonde in a red car.  Of course she’s not going to stop.  I take defensive measures.  Sure enough, she didn’t stop.  I barely miss her.

She flips me off.   I’m so flabbergasted I nearly take out that stop sign she decided not to heed.  We were less than a hundred yards from the police station.   She was immediately pulled over.   So, there is justice in the world. 

Yep.  Monday is starting out juuuuust fine.

Thanks for all the support folks.  It was very very very much appreciated.   Don’t worry, I’m not starving myself.  I’m not one to add stupid on to stupid.  I’m doing a lot better.  I’m still kind of queasy though.  Blech!
